Four Days NEW Beginner Program

NEW Beginner - No Experience is necessary. This program is suitable for riders with under 50 hours of riding experience who do not ride with us on a regular basis. When a program is FULLY BOOKED the option to register has been removed.

Four Days GP Beginner Program

GP Beginners are riders that ride on a weekly basis at Gooromon Park in our Beginner 1 or Beginner 2 level. When a program is FULLY BOOKED the option to register has been removed.

Four Days GP Intermediate Program

GP Intermediate Programs are designed for regular riders. With more than 50 hours experience, you should be able to walk, trot, canter and jump up to 50cm confidently in the arena or paddock.

Parent/Guardian of the above named attending Gooromon Park Horse Riding Centre acknowledge that I understand that while all precautions are taken to ensure the safety of those attending the Centre and while every care will be exercised, the proprietors and their employees and agents are not liable in any way for any accident or damage which may occur or happen from any cause whatever and the above named person whether participating in any of the activities of Gooromon Park or not, will do so only at my/his/her OWN RISK. On this basis the Signatory/Parent/Guardian/ by ticking on this box. agrees to indemnify the proprietors and their employees and agents against any claim or demand whatsoever made for or on behalf of the above named person or in respect of any horse or property owned or used by the above named person. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT*

At the time of booking, 50% of the program fee is payable. This payment includes a non-refundable administration deposit of $100 plus a 1% credit card processing fee. If a participant cancels their booking, the balance of the amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit and processing fee) may, at our discretion, be issued as a credit for a future program. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

BOOKING FEE AND CANCELLATION POLICY*

A non-refundable booking deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure your child's place in the School Holiday Program. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the program commencement date. Where a cancellation is received at least 14 days before commencement, any amount paid above the non-refundable booking deposit may be issued as a credit voucher for use towards a future Gooromon Park program. No refunds or credits will be provided where a participant is unable to attend due to illness, personal circumstances, or where the participant chooses not to attend all or part of the program. If a program is cancelled, postponed, or significantly affected due to circumstances beyond Gooromon Park's reasonable control, Gooromon Park will consider appropriate remedies in accordance with its obligations under Australian Consumer Law. Please read and understand these terms before making your booking or payment. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
